Map and Directions To Grace Lutheran Church

Look for the large white cross by the highway in front of Grace Lutheran Church.

From Conroe
Travel west on Lake Conroe Parkway (Highway 105 West) about 6 miles. Grace Lutheran Church will be on your left about a half mile past the San Jacinto River.

From Montgomery
Travel east on Highway 105 (Lake Conroe Parkway). Grace Lutheran Church will be on your right about four miles past April Sound.

From The Woodlands, Spring, Houston, etc.
Travel north on Interstate 45. When you reach Conroe (north of The Woodlands), exit on Highway 105 (Lake Conroe Parkway) and turn left (west). Proceed about 6 miles. Grace Lutheran Church will be on your left, about a half mile past the San Jacinto River.
